Hi, I'm Guilherme Monteiro.

I am a RIBA Part 1 Architect, having completed my Bachelor of Architecture at London South Bank University. After graduating, I have gained some professional experience in an architectural practice in London (Bryden Wood & Aqua Architects), working on middle scale residential projects. In parallel, I have worked for other two companies on real estate market, providing energy assessment certificates and consultation to improve efficiency. In the past 4 years, I have completed nearly 5.000 inspections, which I consider a unique experience, given the different types of buildings, spacial awareness and volume of work. All my expertise in the energy field, I bring it to the table, as a designer of construction.

Towards the end of 2019 I decided to invest some time to plan something challenging: opening my own company - Monteiro Design, aiming to focus on the residential sector.
